Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

I cant beleive that Shankly is thinking about looking at a team like Scunthorpe for our next midfielder or winger. I mean to replace a living legend like Ian Callaghan, we need someone of much better stock. There is no way that a winger from a team like Scunthorpe is going to take us to the title.

With Roger Hunt leaving, its left a massive hole. We need to buy top quality.

I mean this fella Keirgan, he can score goals in the third division, but he is nowhere near good enough to play for Liverpool Football Club.

We should be scrouning the continent to find players not scraping the bottom of the barrel for players from lower leagues.

We finished 14 points off the champions Arsenal last season, and thats not good enough for this club.

If this continues and the board dont bankroll the gaffer then I can guarantee that Shankly will be off next summer to manage Preston North End.

Not Happy. :veryangry
