I think we will see him again in April, and around full fitness in May.

This is a bad blow  :(

ACL is 6 months because it won't heal itself and reconstructive surgery is needed.  They are saying PCL.  The PCL and MCL will heal. If it's not completely torn I'd say he's back beginning of January.

I won't celebrate Rafa going........ but I will be over the moon if Dalglish comes in. League within 2 years if he gets the job, AND YOU CAN QUOTE ME ON THAT.

posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee

Does that require the same amount of surgery as What Owen or Fowler had. I know its the cruciate but some are parts are more serious than others

If its PCL I stick with my original assessment 10 weeks or so, if its ACL OR a combo 6 months.

However..... I think it may be ACL as I think we all agree Martin was in agony?

PCL Tear Signs & Symptoms

Unlike those with ACL injuries, patients who have PCL injuries do not usually experience much knee pain or swelling. They usually report vague symptoms such as unsteadiness or insecurity of the knee. Patients who have longstanding PCL injuries that have never been diagnosed may report pain around the kneecap.

Decent writeup, similar to the Sky article.  PCL "Damage" if it was a tear would they indicate that? Only time will tell I suppose.
