Good win for us thanks to you know who.
Marseilles were excellent i thought - much better than last time, Gerets has a useful side there.

We looked tired and Reina saved our as$es. Lucky we got the win as we seems to gave up and let them dictate. Many players were horrible tonight and the fact that we won made me feel slightly better.

Kuyt and Lucas were bloody awful at keeping the ball in that match, jesus christ they were pi.ssing me off

Thank god for Reina and Gerrard in the end, very poor in the 2nd half but I think we were very good going forward in the first, made lots of chances

For missing 2 chances? The one with the keeper rushing out was not easy as he had no time to aim . The 2nd one the angle was tight , and he had 2 defenders pressurizing him , he hit it into the post . Good game , deffo one of his better ones , got us the penalty and held up the ball well , went for challenges , ran back and helped as well

One more thing if we play like that against athletico , forlan and aguero will literally rape us

Psv lost 3-0 to them and aguero got 2 goals

Great result. Ok we weren't brilliant but at the end of the day it was all about the result. They dominated possession in the second half but if you look at the game as a whole we had 5 guilt edge chances of our own. Babel should have had a hatrick.

Thought we road our look a bit in the second half and i thought that Cheyrou lad was brilliant i know Stevie scored a whopper and Carra was solid again at the back but as far as im concerned Cheyrou was man of the match for me , Everything they done went through him. he made himself available and also went looking and closing down.
He played well imo

Nice to see anyway that the bloke who ain't all  that, not all he's cracked up to be, not he real deal and all that stuff can still score a fantstic goal or two when we're in the sh!t. Mind you, that's only the second time this season he's done it, and that is the fifth game FFS. Didn't like the way he was pointing to his badge in the celebration though, his finger seemed to be kind of aiming through the badge at himself I thought  ???

It's probably wise to be careful about the use of the "literally" mate. Unless of course you are suggesting that they are actually, really, going to rape us  ???

If that's actually their plan, I suggest starting with Benayoun and Kuyt, that should put the kybosh on the whole ruse the cheeky feckers.
