The Real Sociedad doctors have dispelled any doubt about Mark GOnzalez's Knee and he passes the medical exam without problems.

Mark is going to train from today, and according to him "I'm not still at 100% percent, but definitely I'm match fit". "I love to be here, San Sebastian is a city I love".

Gonzalez is more than likely to be in the starting eleven against Real Mallorca this Weekend.

IN the other hand, official facts of the loan deal have been known today
Eventually, it has been known the loan deal. Real Sociedad will pay 25% of his contract, with no buy option. That's 125.000 €, so his annually wages in Anfield are 500.000 € (quite cheap IMHO) not 1.000.000 as some sources initially stated.

:oh: he's lookin good.. nice one Sabre

stmichael u have to be taking the p*ss ???  he didnt score from there!

Im looking forward to seeing him in a red shirt, especially since hes a pacy winger! if aurelio comes as well though, that will leave us with kewell riise zenden warnock aurelio gonzales and traore, i know zenden and kewell can play as 2nd strikers but i think its bye bye traore and possibly warnock, altho rafa may want to keep warnock due to him being english!

I personally think we will sell warnock in the Summer. He is one of the few of our fringe players who would raise some funds and we might just be able to sneak 2-2.5 million quid out of somebody for him. He's a decent player but not I fear good enough to hold down a regular slot, particularly not with the imminent arrival of Aurelio or whatever his name is.

Yeh, sorry for not updating soon, but we're in relegation places, and that really annoys one. I've known the pain of losing finals, and losing a league in the last game, but this is much worse, it keeps you gutted the whole week

Relegation is possible, and it would be the first relegation in 40 years. 3rd coach, and he hasn't changed the bloody midfield, which is our problem. Mikel Alonso has played every single game of the league, I don't know why. Not a single day of rest. Every player has been rested, Prieto, Nihat, the keeper, but him. And he's utter sh!te he won't receive his fifth yellow card, as he's soft.  If we continue this way, relegation is unavoidable. And it's annoying since I think we have team for more.

Anyway, relevant stuff for you:

Mark Gonzalez keeps improving and improving. He has been declared MOM in the last two games against Osasuna on wednesday, and against Getafe.

His goal against Getafe, wich you can see, is superb. I have only seen 2 men scoring a free kick from so far in 20 years: Ronald Koeman, and Roberto Carlos. Period. That means his long shot is excellent.

He was kicked and he's doubt for next game, hopefully he'll be with us, because he has the best attitude of the team by a mile. Our veterans should be ashamed of him putting the eggs in the field.

Anyway, he's going to be an interesting man for Liverpool, I think we can assure that right now.

Cheer up, Sabre.
I know what you are going through, because I had the same feeling four years ago. But there is still time for you, although it is absoutely necessary to beat Málaga next Sunday, otherwise I think  the first Division will be lost.
Mark's goal against Getafe was outstanding. Pity that was useless.
Good luck for Sunday!
