Verdict from top to bottom.

Reina---calamity at times today, but at other times some of his best saves.
Arbeloa---solid enough, stopped Giggs and Ronaldo doing much.
Carra---useless today. looked out of his depth
Skrtel---same as Carra
Aurellio---same as Arbeloa
Kuyt---little less than useless
Mascheranho---disappointing (when he was on for constantly going on at Bennett) he was bound to get sent off after he was booked. should know better
Alonso---non existant
Babel---quiet and didn't offer much threat
Gerrard---disgrace. it's up to him to make things happen, today he couldn't of organised a :censored: up in a brewry
Torres---did as well as could
Subs---didn't change the game, but no blame goes on them
Benitez---did as he's been asked to do. same 11 in same formation...bad subs though, we're losing so he takes Babel and Torres off ???
Bennett--- :censored: himself because of what Ferguson said in the press earlier this week.

Overall the entire side :censored: themselves because it was United. When we did attack and pressure them, we looked as dangerous as them. It doesn't make a blind bit of difference if you lose 1-0 or 100-0, you still get no points so we should of gone and tried to equalise at 1-0 down, instead we looked far to happy with a 1-0 defeat. Embarrassing we were.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

Alonso---non existant

I disagree.

Sadly, he existed, but he played a bad game today. I often acknowledge his merits because I see them and I must say aswell when he hasn't got his best day.

Badly taken set pieces, wrongly orientated when receiving the ball several times, didn't seem to be prepared for Mascherano's sending off (you can play effectively with 10 men but we didn't did our best effort on it), and he kept some balls too much and that led to a heavy pressure (which was well done to be fair).

Today's been one of the worst games of Alonso this season.

Alan Hansen MOTD

Yes Masherano was winding the Ref up but this is a fall out from the Cole insident and WHY didnt ref have a word with Stevie to tell him to calm down.
Lets just wait and see now if this is done right across the board because your gonna be getting loads of other playes giving the refs dissent lets see if they get sent off

He did say Masher had to go

In fairness Nanny, Babel didnt look good on tv. No penetration or threat on goal.
