Cant argue with that - this is in the same bracket as Portsmouth away and Blackburn away.

Makes sense, but when it comes to
A moment of individual brilliance
they've got Elano , we've got Torres and Gerrard, (just for starters).
2-1 For the Reds

I think this game has draw written all over it, but hopefully we can get into the lead early which should deflate them a bit.

I see Mascherano as being key today, if he can keep Elano quiet I think we have a great chance. Presumably thats why rafa rested him against Derby so he would be ready for this game.

I really hope that Liverpool take it to them. I hope that a draw is the last thing on the team's mind because we need to be as hungry as ever and run them into the ground. No holds barred. This is a must win. We need to take advantage of the fact that the other big three teams have dropped points in the last week. If we do not take advantage of this today and into the future then there is no way we will win the title.

Still no one who have heard about who's travelled?! With Agger out and Hyypia most likely too, I really hope Arbeloa is back, so he can partner Carra. My prediction for our starting lineup today is the following:

                             Reina

Finnan       Carra                 Arbeloa        Riise

Benayoun    S.G.                 Masch          Kewell

                 Torres              Kuyt

Bench:
Itandje
Hobbs
Lucas
Alonso
Babel
(maybe Aurelio for either Hobbs or Lucas)

Not saying this would be my team, it's just how I reckon Rafa will play today. COME ON YOU REDS, am getting really fired up for this game.

Anything being written in the press about whether or not Agger will be playing seems to be saying that Agger is likely to start...

Not only Elano, we need to stop Petrov too of his frequent runs on the flank to feed their strikers. It's gonna be a tough match. But I believe we'll still will get that 3 pts from this match. A goal separates perhaps.

If you return to the previous page, you'll see that - at least according to a danish newspaper - he won't be playing just yet, as the medical staff has advised against it. Wheter or not they have their facts straight, I do not know though. I guess time will tell.

If he's back, I think Rafa will move Arbeloa out on the left instead of Riise, and have Riise on the bench instead of Hobbs. Anyway, it's never exactly easy to read Rafa's mind regarding starting lineups, now is it  :D

He's been out for three months , unless he's been playing a bucket load of reserve games he's hardly gonna be anywhere near match fitness.

Even if his injury is completely healed I'd be staggered if Rafa started him today.
