LIVERPOOL VS WEST BROM - Saturday 17.30pm ko

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

greatest thing about the game was seeing arbeloa cutting inside and scoring... not a great display well not in the second half anyways but a good 3-0 win ... thought keane should have stayed for a bit longer andmaybe pennant should have come on instead if bringing in Alonso.. didnt understand that sub at all... but anyways... 3-0 no complaints...

Robbie Keane has scored his first league goals for Liverpool and Alavaro Arbeloa has netted his first of the season to give the Reds a 3-0 victory over West Brom at Anfield.

Full match report to follow.

They misspelled his name on the official site :D

Problem now is he will miss the Bolton game. Do we play Carra RB and bring in Hyypia or do we finally let Degen loose?

With Kevin Davies in the oppo line up and the way they play, tell you what Saint, it ain't a bad call - you'd need Sami and Carra to keep him busy.

Not the game nor the place to let loose a debutant, ful stop.

if Degan doesn't play we might as well get rid of him.

If the first choice RB is unavailable, imagine being told we'd rather play a CB at RB instead of you.

And its also not as if its a big game like utd, or champs league... its bolton (who I know cant be underestimated) but if you cant be risked against bolton... whens he gonna play?

carlisle or plymouth in cup games???

They HAVE to win though Bav, it does make a difference mate. I am hoping for a 0-0 or a sneaky 1-0 to Blackburn. The mancs are only a couple of bad results away from being out of it by Christmas too.

shift Agger RB and put Carra and Sami in the middle?
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road
