Is Mido back playing for them ?

Mido is back for them and he'll likely start up front with Keane.  I think we'll want to keep the same back four to build the continuity (sorry Sami).

Up front I think the Kuyt-Bellamy pairing is starting to click but Crouch would be a good asset to have against their tall centre-backs.  We'll see what Rafa decides.

I would not change a thing in midfield: Sissoko and Alonso should be able to boss things no problem against Jenas and Davids.

Bringing Hyypia back would make no sense whatsoever. As I've said before, if there's one area of the team that shouldn't be rotated for the sake of it, it's the defence.

i agree. keep sami for the champions league game against galatasaray. for me Agger has become as undroppable as momo in such a short period. and while its futile to make comparisons that are obvious, you cannot fail to see a touch of alan hansen in him. long may he develop into that and none of us will feel sami's abscence as hard as expected.

hopefully the same can ultimately be said of Gabi Paletta.

How can you leave out Stevie G? ????? I would play the following:-

Reina GK
Aurelio LB
Agger LCB
Carra RCB
Finan RB
Sissoko LDM
Alonso RDM
Stevie G (AM)
Bellamy (LwF)
Kuyt (CF) (am gonna give him a chance)
LG (RwF)
I am playing LG cos he had a cracker but thing with him is I often think LG has a better game at home than he does away.

I think there will be a few changes.

Pennant,  Warnock, Crouch, and maybe Gonzales will all come in for ????? only Rafa knows this.   Im sick off hearing we should play the same team every week.  If you play the same team every week not only do they get tired but also the opposition knows what to expect.  There aint a team in the land that knows how where going to line up.  This can only be a bonus.

Well squad rotation is all well and good but if its change youre after  you can always bring on subs to change a game, there will also be injuries but I think we should have at least 6 or 7 regulars who start week in week out barring injury.

I think we should keep the same line up apart from Garcia.

I know he was great against the barcodes, but who can remember a time he had 2 good games in a row?

I think it's time Gonzalez had a chance, with LG on the bench if it's not working out.

i hope we do not go and rotate more than 2 of our winning team against the barcodes, moreoverly i think that was probably our best starting eleven at the moment.

Why drop Aurelio?

I think he's looked better and better with each game he's played, and as a few people have already said, the defence is where consistency is most important.

This was the team of Yidofcourse right? I saw them playing in late August, Tottenham-RS, and they didn't impress me at all. I expect a win.

I really am impressed with the Kuyt/Bellamy partnership and I would play them together as much as possible, maybe the occasional rest, giving Crouch a game now and again, however I do believe that Kuyt and Bellamy between them this year will give us at least 30 goals :)

He has shown signs of improvement yes, however I think Warnock plays well in our home games.

I would go with Kuyt and Bellamy definately, and obviously if they are looking a little tired then Crouch and Fowler are two top quality players to be able to bring in.
They definately do look like a partnership that has goals in them and that is something we havent had in a long time.
