Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby bat21 » Fri Feb 01, 2008 8:40 pm

Hello, I am a Spanish fan of the liverpool and to my to deal, the game of the equipment(team) seems to me to be too vertical, and that what he needs is a better hooking - link between the half field and the forward, kewell, kuit, they do not work in the equipment.
To my to deal, tranquility fails in the half field, more touch of ball and to look for hollows, and does not work to be so vertical and to look always for the same players in the pass. I do not like the vertical game of the liverpool. At least, change more betwen vertical and horizontal game. Come on, liverpool!!!!

P.D.A greeting to all the suporters and sorry for my english.

Drop two of our best players, outstanding

And then IF we lose its all Rafa's fault for not playing them, I personally couldn't care if Gerrard slept with Rafa's wife and Carra filmed it ( joke ) we play our strongest team and nothing else, have we learnt nothing from our past few games.

Carra looks tired ? why because he gave a penalty away, Reina has done that in the past lets rest him to.

We make EVERY game from now until the end of the season a Cup Final and we play our strongest team

sunderland at home SHOULD be a walkover.

reina
finnan
carra
hyypia
riise (lesser of two evils :D )
pennant
gerrard
lucas
babel
crouch
torres

can't help but create chances with that forward line
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

Carra shouldn't be dropped, but maybe Gerrard should.  It's not like he has been on top of his game lately.  He should learn that he is not above the team and the manager even if he is a scouser.

More touches of ball, more tranquility, fewer shots out of the stadium, fewer predictable passes. Of that there cost both better forwards of the world if they do not receive clear balls? They are forwards, not game creators.

Why isn't everyone calling for Torres to be dropped, he's hardly banging in the goals of late is he? No of course we're not asking for him to be dropped because he, along with Reina, Carra AND Gerrard should be on the team sheet for every single game to give us half a chance of winning.

Neither Torres, nor Kuit, nor Crouch, nor Babel nothing does if they do not receive an alone good pass, they always must create his own chances of goal, the are isolated. I repeat, believe that he need connection to the half field with the forward. Qualit passes. Only sometimes, of Gerrard, but it is the only one.

the point is people are calling for Gerrard's head, but why not Torres, when neither has exactly been firing on all fronts of late.

We should get back to winning ways - there are some serious flaws and weaknesses in this Sunderland side, particularly in defence - but I wouldn't read much into a big win.

Gerrard should be dropped because of his attitude towards the manager, plus we have a lot of cover in that area.

I think if we score early on,i mean in the fisrt 15 minutes or so we will go on to hammer them comfortably!Player confidence is very low at the minute so its importnat they can relax early,a goal will help.

Hopefully the game doesnt drag on without us scoring to long.

Sad state of affairs when you feel nervous playing Sunderland at home as a fan.Still im going for 3-0 to the Pool!
