Perhaps he was refering to the more poetic meaning of the word in gently moving the ball backwards off the head. having the ball "skim" off the top

Has Delap only just arrived on the scene or has he been around a while ? WAKE UP ! He wont get the throwins because we will be camped in there half and they will be playing for a point at the most, which in turn means, they will be camped in there half ! We will have short throw ins causing them more trouble than Rory Delap in our half ! My god, have our standards fallen so much?

its not only delap's long throws we should behaving sleepless nights about - he's also capable of doing this  :O

i remember years ago liverpool signing players who did well against us

remember michael robinson - he played for brighton, helped knock us out of the fifth round of the cup, then we bought him!!. i also think we bought someone the year before after the same exit in round 5!

I have a week off when we play Madrid and am booking flights to go over there.  Was gonna try and blag a ticket when I'm there, probably in the Madrid end.
