I wonder if Reading will play "I don't feel like dancing" when Garcia dances his way through the back four and scores a beauty.

Rafael Benitez has made two changes to the side that beat Bordeaux in midweek for this afternoon's Premiership clash with Reading at Anfield.
Jermaine Pennant and Bolo Zenden come into the team for Luis Garcia and Momo Sissoko.

Team in full: Reina, Finnan, Riise, Hyypia, Carragher, Gerrard, Alonso, Pennant, Zenden, Crouch, Kuyt. Subs – Martin, Agger, Fowler, Gonzalez, Sissoko.

-----

as we thought momo on bench to stop him getting carded, pennant on for garcia...

... but who's playing on the left - will it be zenden or pennent (hopefully not Gerrard)

i think it will be zenden on the left, as he has played there a lot before:

                    Reina

Finnan    Carragher    Hyypia   Riise

Pennant  Gerrard     Alonso     Zenden

               Kuyt      Crouch

Gerrard to play in the middle , pennant on the right and zenden on the left. That's how it should work ace.

Team:

                   Reina

Finnan  Carragher  Hyypia  Riise

Pennant Gerrard    Alonso Zenden

            Crouch      Kuyt

Subs

Fowler
Gonzalez
Sissoko
Agger
Martin

The only certainity in midfield is that Alonso will play in the centre, he could move the other around with Pennant occupying one of the wide areas.

Well it looks like Rafa has finlaly decided on his back 4 and I hope he will continue to play them every game barring injuries from now on. Surprise surprise, its the same back 4 as last year, many will say he could of just started picking these 4 since the start of the season but he didnt for whatever reason and its all in the past now.

I hope Pennant puts in a good performance, the most I can hope for Zenden is he doesnt touch the ball too many times
