Babel looked really up for it when he came on against Chelsea and if he continues like that we should be okay

Jermaine defoe has been dropped to the bench it says on bbcsport?
i was a bit worried with his pace, but looks like it's not the case to start off with..

In theory, Lucas should be a more offensive player than Mascherano, but in practice he normally turns out to just be an inferior player.

When was the last time we played Kuyt up front on his own with Gerrard behind him?

im a bit surprised with a couple of the changes but im going to give the manager a chance to show why he has done it. in my opinion i prefer to see the outcome of the game before making any judgments.

Hopefully we will be out of sight by then  :D
If not, its time for carra to do what he did against anelka and not give him any chances to run at him with pace.
