Is it me or is Paul Merson the most depressing guy on the planet?

Quite comfortable. Portsmouth seem happy just to get players behind the ball and play on the break. The did almost score with the only real break they've had but it was well saved by Reina. Pennant and Kewell on the wings are having alot of success. Alonso and Sissoko in the centre are doing well also. Sissoko's a bit frustrating. Kyut should have had a couple of goals. James has made some very good saves and is keeping them in it.

Like the fella but so far he's the weakest link.

Paul Walsh is commentating and Merson is in the studio.

Pennant just beat James but put the ball over the bar (he was very wide though so not the easiest chance- i'd have scored though
