I know there are games in hand etc, but considering how sh!t we've been in the league overall this year, who would have thought we'd be only 9 points off top of the league? :)

It should be an awesome end to a stop-start season...

I think the real test when we meet with MAN U, GONERS and CHESHIT... if we can get all 9 points ... maybe we can be one of the fav. next season.

Glad with 3 points, Gerrard and Torres combination in attacking is getting better and better and is really impressive.
A good day today

For all the goals I have seen Torres score this one must rank right up there the football brain in this man is phenomenal. The little dummy was just too much for me and would like to see any keeper in the world that could stop that. Brilliant, just brilliant. Good win for us as a whole hopefully results can go our way putting pressure on Chelski a bit a slip from them and we could be in for third. Well done done boys.

rafa's rotation policy earlier in the season  is bearing fruit now for the final phase of the season, now we are in top gear to go for the CL and solidify forth place,

frustrating to think that IF (a big word i know) we had converted those silly home draws against weak opposition into wins then we'd be right up there!

Fergie is such a sore loser. Watching highlights of the Pompey game now on SSN. How they didnt score I will never know but watching Fergie go on is funny.

Oh, please! ???

It is also the reasoin we are already out of the title race!

Anyway.. great win, another 3 points in the bag, more pressure on the smaller teams chasing for 4th
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

Amazing how there just doesn't seem to be as many moaning c*nts coming out of the woodwork lately with their knives sharpened. I mean, come on - you were all Liverpool supporters, right? So where are you now? Why not come out of the woodwork when we are playing well?

Sad c*nts!

Maybe Rafa's learned a valuable lesson from those early draws were we seen us start without Torres etc and only have to bring him on anyway to chase a result wihch escapes us anyway?

I bl00dy hope so anyway.......  :D

IMO... he can rotate players reasonably but stick to this system that is working now... and coach into the players how to play this system... just like how Phil Jackson always uses the triangle in NBA...
