I think if we can get their Martins and Steven Taylor next season, it will be good for us ...

3-0.......newcastle are going down.

MOM - I would give to alonso....nobody really stepped it up today. Alonso was there the whole match...he controlled the tempo. He really controlled the midfield once torres and gerrard went off. Not really his best game...and i am disappointed why he plays so deep...but what the heck, i will give it to him.

Ok...thats all folks...

Next up is inter.

No way was Alonso MOM, I'd give it to Stevie G.
I thought Alonso was very quiet and as soon as Stevie went off Newcastle got much more into the game.

But as said excellent win although it should only be expected against an embarassingly bad Newcastle side, Keegan is a fecking joke!!

Good result, but I'm disappointed in our wide players, maybe it was due to the lack of playing time.

I really think we can win all our games (league and champions league)...if rafa keeps picking our best players.

It should be an awesome end to a stop-start season...

Job done, but I see that people are still grasping at straws and trying to find negatives in a comprehensive 3-0 win...

Yeah...but i just want alonso to get back to his 1st season form.

Ah well...you are right...gerrard should get it. Maybe torres too.
