i was one of the "spanners" maybe last week and im delited we've won this week but we cant gloss over everything thats gone on before this but its been a great few days

It's annoying when people just show up on these forums to just vent their frustrations at a loss then f*ck off again leaving nothing but a trial of sh*t in their wake. Just an observation.

Had to miss the game today , so can't comment on how we played yet , but I am happy we won. Hatrick from Torres as well

Happy to oblige, we got the win   and I am happy but it wasn't perfect. Why did Crouch only get 1 minute playing time and I still don't like to see Kuyt out on the right.
Other than that 3 good points against a good Middelsbrough team, Mascha was lucky not to get sent off though!!

Defence was shaky, Reina played well (forward who tripped him should of been direct Red), Babel and Lucas had off games, and Gerrard and Kuyt could of done better but it wasn't a BAD performance.  We just need to step it up a little.

if you can't at least be temporarily happy after a league win, then you need to rethink your priorities.  Focus on the long term later, for now, ENJOY

completely agree it feels good to bag three points and we looked alright today. Middlesb is not a bad side to be fair to them and that downing needs to be playing at a bigger side. Thought lucas looked a bit weary though but i still think he is gonna come good. Torres was fantastic as usual and masch just keeps astounding me. hopefully we can push on now stop being dissapointing and finish the season strong.

We were fortunate at times, our defence was very shaky. Lucas didn't have a good game, but Torres was superb.

Mascherano was fortunate the ref didn't see him, alidare deserved a red card.

Biggest c*nts boro where, fouling everyone.
