The ball pops up to Alonso on the right, he sends a deep hanging ball to the far post WHERE GERRARD ARRIVES UNMARKED TO HEAD PAST MANDANDA FOR 1-0! Liverpool take the lead and it's that man again, Steven Gerrard.

God we are playing like :censored:.  If it weren't for Stevie's goal i'm sure everyone would be complaining right now.  I must say though we are playing like complete :censored:.  Liverpool need to wake up

We're making more mistakes than usual as a team, the team doesn't seem 100% motivated.

Even if they draw, the substitutions should be of important players, we should focus in the league, I particularly don't care much to be 1st or 2nd, whoever we face they'll be worried.

Can any one see something different from our style of play, I can't figure out why we are playing so poorly. It can't be only down to the players underperforming.
Seems like we are finding it really hard to link the midfield with the forward line.

Team just looked lazy on the pitch so far I think we'll come out much better in the second half though we usually do.
