A typical pre season friendly, not much happening but no doubt Rafa will change the team for the second half. Looking forward to seeing Nando

Liverpool second best throughout:

Hyypia all over the place. Horrible.
Plessis not ready. Uncomfortable and lacking physical strenght and tempo
Gerrard not fit for central midfield. He is better at right or in the hole behind the striker
The new boys don't know their roles and responsibilities yet
Darby horrible.

Let's hope for a better second half. Looking forward to seing more quality in Torres, Alonso, Agger, Carra

Great game this so far, to watch it certainly isn't a friendly, Skrtel's tackle early in the half, quality!

Darby's looked shaky and showed poor positional sense but to be fair he's not been helped at all by Voronin. What a saving tackle btw.

Cavalieri's been ok, routine saves and a couple of Hollywood ones really! Thought Dossena's been good, great run to win a corner. Kean'es done ok as well.

Great tempo to the game as well, considering its 80 degrees, our lads are coping well.

Sounds like a new team out second half, I was hoping for Torres and Keane for 15 mins or so.

I think keane , gerrard and Dossena might retain their places for at least 15 minutes for the 2nd half , come on rafa wait till the 60th minute like you always do
