Thank feck that's over!  Heart in mouth stuff for the last 30 minutes.  Let's hope we're through by the time we have to face them at Attaturk...they're a tricky little side!

Luis Garcia tumbling against the ref in th last minute of extra time was a funny sight...:D

Should do this to Graham Poll...

poor performance overall ,after great start against a team that second half wanted it more than we seemed to.

i suppose at 3-0 you can be forgiven for thinking the game was over, naybe momo should have come on then to close the game but hindsight is a wonderful thing

Thank you also for your respect to our team.[B]

Such cavalier defending has been a worrying trait this season, fortunate that Newcastle or Spurs were not able to capitalise and Galatasary were guilty of poor finishing in the first half. I was going mad hoping for Rafa to take out Garcia and replace him with Sissoko when we were 3-0 up and kept getting opened up by Galatasary's crosses from the wings.

Good game! If Hakan Sukur played a little better (at finishing), things could have been different for us,Umit Karan is a prolific goal scorer, I'm happy that he scored twice. And also I have to add my appreciation to Crouch,it's unbelievable to see a 6 ft 6 inc footballer scoring a goal like the third one!!! Anyway see u in Istanbul !!!! :)

Well, hope some of our loved mates have taken good note of not saying "where are the turks now  ", they also were quite silent in the 3-2 :D

I had the guts as a tie, as we say here, or the heart in the mouth.

It was a close game, made me sweat in the end.
The game in Istanbul should be a cracker
