Crouch should take some heading masterclass from Robbie Fowler, who scored 2 with his head against Preston North End earlier today.

Can we recall Fowler?

There's no fluency to our play and it's because it's a different team every week, simple as that.

Ah men...... Finally. You could play your strongest team every other week..and we won't still win because there is no continuity need to strike up an understanding.

The sooner rafa (and some here in this forum) realises this..the better.....

Just a reality check. Torres is not god and wont win games on his own. We started well again ,but soon slipped back into our old ways.

There is a long way to go yet. We just need to beat the top teams to make up for this.

Some people do like to chat sh*t...

If rotation is to blame for todays result, then my name is Rolf Harris.

Torres was the only unforced attacking change. (And I reckon a lot of you seem to forget that Kuyt scored on Tuesday, not Fernando ("but he's the only one in our team who is any good, dontcha know?"...))

Settle down. It was a :censored: match, but it's not like we lost, is it?

The Derby game was a false raise of hope.

OMG

cheer up and get a grip lad

were ok

No we aren't. This side lacks creativity to open teams up like Birmingham. It's been evident for quite some time.

Has feck all to do with Torres playing or not playing. When you have ten out of the eleven strongest players in the line up possible, and still can't find a way then that says it all.

They came for a point and credit to them. But to start saying it's all over on the back of a draw and a point collected is defeatest.

We will be ok this season as Arsenal will not sustain this run they are on.

Man U are also struggling and Chelsea have exploded.

We have time and to drop points at this moment in the EPL is not putting us out of the title race.

Absolute rubbish!

Call it defeatest but in 3 months what will you call it then? We will still be where we are, and thats nowhere near the title.

How can you say Chelsea have exploded, did they lose 4 on he trot or something? So what Mourinho left, they still have a :censored: good squad.

And what makes you think Arsenal cant sustain this run?

The title race is over and Rafa has :censored: it up for us. Im sick of the sight of Voronin already, why the :censored: does he always start hes :censored:. Where the :censored: was Benayoun?

:censored:

Benayoun can't play today, due to religious reasons.

Oh yeah yomkapur or whatever its called, i forgot.

Still its :censored:ign fustrating, whay the hell can we open up teams like what Arsenal and Man Utd do all the time. We will never win the title like this and ill tell you something else. Gilette and Hicks may settle for us :censored: it up this season but what about next.

I never thought id hear myelf say this but I think Rafa needs a real reality check or else he should :censored: of to Madrid now.

We drew. It's all over. Let's throw the towel in again. Nothing to see here. Move on! Out title chances are gone and it's still only September and we're unbeaten still. But it's still over like!

Very very poor decision by Rafa to leave out Torres! Both Kuyt and Voronin are similar in style so what the heck was Rafa thinking?! I agree with his rotation principle but together with Gerrard, Carra, Finnan and Reina, Torres must be one of the core players to start every game. I expect Rafa to admit it was a mistake to leave out Torres!

Overall, it was a lacklusture performance and the players looked tired. I wonder why?! 3 consecutive poor performances so far and we wanna be champs? Must be joking! Frustrating night, all thanks to Rafa and the players! Time to wake up and stop dreaming about becoming champs when all they can come out with is such a pathetic performance!  :veryangry

:censored: sake, Rafa was always :censored: bemoaning he didn't have the quality up front or the money to get the best strikers like others clubs did, then he buys Torres for £20+ mil and leaves him on the bench!!?? It beggars belief why he doesn't play, Rafa needs to realise that the Premiership is more important than the 10 odd games in the Champions league we play every season.

We are still missing the most important piece in any team which is a creative midfielder ,this has been our problem for the last years and we are still lacking that player ,plenty of strikers ,attacking wings ,not one creative player in center.

Crowd was silent today and some of the comments here are disgraceful ,spoiled brats.
