Strikers aren't getting any service at all, though.  Torres might struggle at the moment as well, the way we're playing.

For me the problem is both Kuyt and Veronin are playing much too deep, and with Babel cutting inside and Gerrard trying to support, they are getting in each others way.

BC are sitting deep and they are drifting back into the midfield looking for the ball.  That's clogging things up.

Pace is not the issue because there isn't the space to exploit it.  We need better passing in the final third to pull their defenders all over the shop and create better shooting opportunities.  Having said that, Torres would be useful.

Pace is important in the english league. Rafa hasn't grasped that knowledge yet after 3 seasons.....(it seems).

Our movement is too static and predictable. That's the problem. We don't make intelligent runs on a consistent basis.

Wouldn't matter if we had Ronaldinho in our team if we don't use the space appropriately.
