How can you say that? I think Kuyt played well but unfortunately Zendens gone so I guess we need someone else to blame when we dont win eh.

1 goal in open play all season?

Kuit is deadwood.

And so is Kewell.

They both played miserably and destroyed many Lfc opportunities. They both lack pace and are not helping out in defence or attack. They offer no goal threath and no defensive cover. Playing Kuit and Kewell and still getting one point is fantastic. I dont think no other 9 players + Kuit and Kewell can win one point in the premiership.

i'd keep Kewell as a squad player on reduced wages....sadly he's not the key left winger he once was.  Same old question tho...we need wingers with pace.

A lot of people seem to be just hoping that kewell will get back to where he was but his never been th player at LFC that he was at Leeds.  Its time to get rid and move on.

Yes Kuyt did well for the goal - but what else did he contribute ?
Kuyt isn't the only 1 who was poor tonight - however Kuyt has been poor for most of the last few months - remember Blackburn away.
The fact of the matter is that at 10 million quid his goal record isn't good enough. He lacks pace and composure in his finishing.

Even though I am disappointed by the result, remember we were playing the 5th team in the league. I actually think we were very comfortable throughout the game which means we have a strong defensive team. I do agree we need help in breaking down teams, that probably just needs 1-2 exciting players who can turn a game. We have the finisher in Torres and also Crouch, but we need a player such as.... Dalglish maybe?!

Take there goals out of it i thought we controlled the game well. Villa are a good team under O.Niel, yes we should have won, yes we are out of the EPL, but considering all what is going on behind the scenes and the pressure on this club to acheive greatness they done fecking well out there and showed they are right up for it.

We need some luck to go our way and people to stop fecking bitching all the time.

See Skrtel grab the ball from Harewood like a loon :D

BTW what was Harewood on? FFS came on the pitch like a lunatic feckin t1t him and Reo Cocker should stick to MTV Cribs feckin mings doin raps pair of tw@ts.

I hate Harewood & Reo Cokehead, think they are something they're not.

Skrtel is a potential ledge!!!

we played ok tonight, villa got lucky and got a second goal totally against the run of play. but the issue is that "ok" ISN'T GOOD ENOUGH. aurelio was w@nk tonight, never mind his own goal. kewell was his usual soft sh*te self, looked like he was gonna concede possession every time he had the ball. why rafa persists with him i'll never know, just sell the duffer. kuyt has now surely proved beyond all doubt that he just simply isn't good enough to play for liverpool football club, crouch absolutely HAS to be picked before him

feeling really f*cked off tonight. it's p*ssed down with rain all day, wife's been off sick for 2 weeks and work aren't paying her, woolly jr is being a feckin nightmare. what a sh*te day

Benayoun is not good enough.  His a decent player but never a RW and never good enough for LFC.  We seem to have a lot of players that are just not good enough.  Yossi, Pennant, Kewell, Vorinin, Risse, Kuyt, Crouch, Aurelio, Arbeola.  Majority of these were all Rafa's signings.  There are problems off the pitch but we cant let that deflect away from the serious problems on the pitch.

Rafa looks terrible.  I know he's suffering from a cold but seriously, he looks bad...

Once again a freaking draw at home.  Why doesn't Alonso play, we're a much better side with him, we move the ball around much better and faster.

We're struggling to create and maybeGerrard should be dropped for a few games and Lucas should take his place.
