If the now hapless Benitez is to turn this whole sorry season around then he better do it before we have a new hierarchy at Anfield because they will not be so generous as Moore and Parry I assure you.

I would think that any of the worlds top clubs would have canned Rafa after that tonight but the ever faithful Liverpool masses sing his team off the field. Its wonderful sentiment but ill deserved and I begin to wonder if our support is loyal to a point of fault.

For Liverpool to concede 9 goals in 3 days to the same team of home soil is an absolute disgrace. Benitez has put us out of the cup with his outrageous team selection and should walk or be shown the door at Anfield.

Now how about the pair of you go off and :censored: each other if you like your opinions so much?

Bring Fat Sam eh?

Another intelligent and articulate statement from you, thanks
I do so love reading your posts, they always enlighten me into what a vaccuous and insulting little :censored: you are!!

Great, you same common sense afterall.

Beats the living hell of having to read your rubbish any day of the week.

Go lick Fat Sam's ar$e.

Maybe he'll win the league with Bolton and you can celebrate there.

That makes no sense at all, why would I suddenly support Bolton, it's Liverpool I love, I hate Bolton and every other football team in the world which I why I get a bit irrate when we get humiliated like tonight, I apologise if I was a bit rude to you earlier but you were fairly nasty as well, and this is as  near as I will ever come to offering an olive branch!!

You want an English manager don't you? Go support a team with an English manager.

If you can't appreciate or notice what Benitez has made for this club then may God help you.

This is about as nice as I can get tonight.

Benitez is the man for Liverpool of that I don't doubt, but also people are right to question his selection and judgement after such a debacle.

Spot on. Its only the fact that we will have some money in the summer for Rafa to seriosuly rebuild that im not completley distraught tonight.

I just hope we make 4th place.

HMM DID WE NOT SAY THAT ABOUT THE SAME TIME LAST YEAR

was this not about the same time last year you last looged on too

:D

:D  :D . .
the thing is i have been saying the same as what you posted since 1990.

but Lakes, come on fella, admit it you are not a Liverpool suporter are ya..  ???  :D

We I was a season ticket holder for years and travelled a round trip of 400 miles most weekend to see them play….so yep I hope that make me a Liverpool supporter…….and a 34 years of age and with a young family I still hold out hope that I will one day be able to get a season ticket again.
On nights like this is when I look back at some of the great games that I have been to like the 9-0 and try not to think about what I have just seen lol.

Manhattan uses humour to cover his pain. It's part of his deep seated emotional issues.

My point is that in the last two games Rafa has made serious errors of judgement, which as a head of any other company would be sackable offences in themselves. Rafa isn't all bad, in fact he's normally a good manager, but I honestly cannot see us winning the league with him at the helm. I'm not exactly sure what the answer is but Rafa in my opinion is not it.

When you walk through a storm
hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of a storm is a golden sky

And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,
Tho' your dreams be tossed and blown.

Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart

And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never, ever walk alone.

i know what you are saying and i have been known to ask for Rafa head before but right now how would you put in his place? ???  i hear that Mourinho might be looking for a new job lol not sure he would get a good welcome.

All i would like now is for Rafa to come out and say "sorry i f***** up"

totally agree lakes, if he was only man enough to admit he f%&ked up I could maybe grow to like him again. I said before that I'm not sure who could do the job but, and I know I'll get slammed for this, I would love to see O'Neill. I know he's not doing too well at Aston Villa but seriously who would.

Actually how about Capelli, after 2 defeats (oh the horror !! ;-) ) it looks like Real want rid of him, maybe we can swap Rafa for him.

Lakes where are you when we win?
Why dont you post on this forum then?
It seems abit strange you only post when weve been beat thats why we havent seen you for months.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Kenny Dalglish 1/2/2011

REST IN PEACE PHIL, YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
