Pitch inspection at 10 past six, looking at Anfield I can see it being called off.  :(

Due to heavy fog at Anfield, a pitch inspection has been called for 6.15pm ahead of tonight's Carling Cup quarter final against Arsenal.
A club spokemsan said: "At present the game is still on but a pitch inspection will take place at 6.15pm."

The ref has to be able to see all corners of the pitch from the centre - if not it's off.
