Well me and my lad have just returned from the match. We just smiled all the way home. I felt like a lucky charm - first away win YES.
Have to agree with the comments though, good first half but average second half. Kuyt looked sharp. We were just in awe of the Liverpool fans and their singing. It felt like the old days for me.
Just hope I can be lucky enough to get tickets again
brilliant result, but we need to keep it up,i have a feeling that next week we will go out and lose 1-0 to a terrible side, but im happy with a great result and bellamy,im happy for him now
emlyn hughes:"liverpool are magic, everton are tragic"
To say i'm happy is an understatement and im made up for the lads and Rafa after all the stick he has taken. Lets just hope this really kick starts our season and realistically we can and im sure make 3rd in the premiership.
Carra and Reina are back on top form and unlike most of the season some of the key players are showing some consistency. I just hope Bellamy keeps on working hard because he is great talent and goes to show that the court case was heavily playing on his mind.
Not many teams will go to the JJB and put on a really good display so credit to the reds.

A victory for beleagured fans who travel to away games who like myself haven;t had much to shout about on our travels this season.
Me and my mate went home at half-time
But seriously quite a first half that. It could have been so different except for two fine saves from Reina at 1-0 and 2-0. The result flattered us a little as Wigan created more than a few good opportunities.
The difference today was quite simple ........Bellamy and his pace. Wigan couldn't handle him and he was our best player by miles. We kept pretty much everything on the floor and the passing was crisp and direct.
The second half was a bit of a non event ( I did stay !) as Wigan looked to keep the score down and we were content to go through the motions.
Lets hope we push on from here and capitalise on the extra space and time we get when we play away.
i've got a theory - the further away from home we go the sh*tter we get, wigan is in liverpool's back yard so we were always gonna win ian how come you left early, were you worried about the long journey home?
seriously, well done red men and well done bellamy. you never know now that he's got other matters off his mind he'll find some form going forward
