Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

you know why we're winning away don't you.... its cause we're playing in red! :p

only joking... its been a very good display and could be 5 or 6. all 4 goals very welll made. even the og was a well worked short corner. very happy at the mo.

a bellers hattrick would be very very good and a clean sheet would be nice. Our goal difference was shocking, but a good win now could change that.

well, the first half just about sums up why we couldnt win all our previous away games this season...

Its our yellow away strip.  look what wearing our red home strip at an away game can do.  :rasp

Let's just hope that this is the start of our season, this is more like it, fast dynamic footbal, and Wigan aren't that bad a team etiher so this really is great stuff. This NEEDS to be the team goping forward no more tinkering Rafa you found the right formula now stick with it!

Thats :censored: you cant simply say al is forgiven only to say sack Rafa when next lose to a low team.

It is that same constant back and forth comments that probably :censored: Rafa of half the time.

We are a work in progress and these sort of days were always going to come.

Great performance so far, Bellamy has been fantastic today. 3 5 2 is working ok too, Reina made a couple of excellent saves. Great stuff! :buttrock

You know, we're a bit sloppy at the back and probably should have conceded two.  Not good enough lads. :no

Well, just saying what Rafa'll be telling the lads in the dressing room!  In all seriousness, great performance going forward so far.  Made up for Bellamy and Gerrard, Alonso and Kuyt are all playing superbly as well.  Let's hope that this game provides the offensive spark in the same way that Fulham at home did last season.  Oh, and cheers to Wigan for not sitting deep and defending with two banks of four: their high back line is giving Craig all the space he needs to run them ragged! :D

I can say whatver I bloody want mate, it's a free country, but that comment was meant to be quite flippant, chill out and just enjoy the game, come on for 4 more goals in the second half!!!
