When they scored that third goal from what was a cross, i really thought the Gods were against us and they probably were.
Considering how we had played all season and what we produced in that final
But then for once and all, Stevie G proves he is superhuman and produces a goal that go down as greatest in FA cup final

Exactly!!! Amazing game. All of our goals were world class. West Ham was lucky in all their goals. What a team we have, every players played their guts out and even if we didn't win, I'm proud of them as they continue to get over the disadvantage over and over. The saves Reina made just after half time in extra time and the last minute save were unbelievable. He even top that in shootout where he made 3 save. What can I say, we are what we are, the incredible team that defines history and obstacle over and over again. Excellent game and effort and one of the best FA cup final I had ever seen..... Just can't say enough!! YNWA!!! :buttrock

Well done Redmen . What a f@ckin final. Gerrard is a f@ckin ledgend. Well done to West Ham aswell. Momo was a f@ckin star aswell. Get in there.

oh yea i though fowler is cup tied, why was he receiving a medal?

or was it some kinda souvenir

At 3-1 in the 89th minute I thought it was game over but as always up stepped the skipper to keep us in it. Not the highest quality of cup finals by any means, but a thriller to watch (for a neautral at least, I on the other was bricking it for 130+ minutes). End to end stuff and I feel like I should congratulate West Ham on what was a brilliant team performance, make no mistake they're a great team.

Reina - From the lowest of lows to the highest of highs, he was possibly at fault for the first, definitely for the second but made up for it with great saves throughout the game and shootout. Well done!

Gerrard - Picks us up when we're on our last legs and really kept us going today. The second goal was the best he's ever scored in my opinion.

Also I think Benayoum deserves a special mention, I thought he was class, wouldn't mind him in our team next season.

Well done lads! First the Champions League now the FA Cup!

Gerrard what a player

...That second goal was just incredible,after bring injured in the stoppage time,AMAZING!!!

Reina made twoor three superb saves aswell but feel sorry for Kewell and Xabi.Great performance though and thoroughly deserved.
