Fair point Bav.

Once they go over that white line its up to the players.

Flip side = They play as close as they can to instructions given to them prior to crossing the white line. And tonight, they were wrong, so we pick ourselves up and if Rafa is a good manager, which he is, he will, hopefully, put things right next time out.

Rafa is strangling Keane. He's ruining him as a player. We all know how good he is but he is not been allowed to play how he wants to, then taking him off every game is kicking his confidence, he'll suffer this all season then he'll put in a transfer request and we'll say goodbye to him , then he'll join a mid table team like aston villa and he'll be scoring 20+ a season again. Im afraid that'll be down to bad management of robbie by Rafa.

What the fk has happened to Babel, Riera, Bennyloon and gerard tonight? they were all nothing short of sh!te.

top of the league in reality but deep down i know we're only about 5th from top in performances.

shame

1. Babel is not as bad as some people say.
2. Benayoun is quite frankly :censored:!
3. We have no decent back up for Torres, who BTW is always going to get these injuries because once it's weak it will never fully repair.
4. Mascherano allows SG to impact the game higher up the pitch, where on tonight's showing he is desperately needed.

No Babel is worse than people make out. Anyone who says Babel is talanted is either high or skunk or has been playing too much Fifa.

Yes Yossi is bad but at least he scores sometimes.

No we do not have any backup for Torres. (imagine if we didnt spunk that 1.2 or however much it was on NCrap we could have maybe got Barry. Or maybe not)

Yes it could be worse. Give it time lad.

I'd cut my :censored: off for Fibiano.  He's ten times the player Keane is.  What a :censored: waste of money.

What about Pavel Pogrebnyak?

Even better, but plays best as a lone striker.  To be honest I'd take just about anybody over Keane right now.  Don't get me wrong, he's a decent striker but he doesn't fit into our system at all.  He's going to be our Shevchenko.

F.ucking hell that was painful to watch.  The lads looked like the had the weight of the world on their shoulders out there and that does not bode well for the title challenge.  They had 24 hours to mull the significance of this game in their minds and they collectively sh!te it, with a slew of poor performances.  When Dossena's one of your better players on the pitch, you have to worry.  I've never seen Gerrard miscue so many shots and if he's showing the nerves, imagine what some of our more excitable lads are like.  A very disheartening evening.

hope this is the end of a nervy run.........cos we look like we can't score at all and we can only get away with so many draws before we start slipping behind....

But hey we're on top! and in order to stay there we need to get our killer instinct back, i just hope today doesn't show that we can't handle the pressure of being on top of the league and it was just an off day, because its been like that for a couple of matches now and we need to get back to winning ways.

Could be worse, could be better..........no creativity today cost us. and we should of taken at least one of the chances we had...

If Benayoun wants to leave the club to get first team football somewhere else I say the sooner the better! He's all twinkle toes outside the box and clueless inside the box.

Why ngog was signed I have no idea.  A player who did nothing at PSG and who PSG were happy to lose.
