Good team that. I read somewhere that Skrtel wouldn't be eligible for this tie, as he wasn't registered in time for the 3rd round of the fa cup (we hadn't bought him yet at that time).

Its time for the selected players to show their support of the Manager on the pitch tonight and put in a 100% performance, take nothing for granted most of their opponents are putting them selves in the shop window and they have absolutely nothing at all to lose which can make them a very dangerous side. Lets get the first goal early, knock the wind out of them and then hammer them with another 4 or 5 no easing off from the first minute till the last. The off field events of the last few days is in now way an excuse for anything other than a brilliant performance by the players tonight

I think Pennant has had an easier time of it than he might have, due to all the focus being on Rafa and the two clowns.

I never thought about Skrtle not being registered for the first game.
