I think its just purely for fitness from the managers eyes and also to get to have a look at some of the youth players and see how they play with some of the first team - for the club its trying to get extra money but i dont think much money is made from pre season as most of them are just fulfilling obligations for sponsers.

so on one hand people were slagging parry for not doing enough in asia and slagging him for how we have not capitalised on marketing, now the club say they are coming to asia again and we have people complaining about it, asking for the stars to be left out, complaining about the time etc.

Did you ever see me slagging off Parry for not doing enough in Asia ? Im the one who isnt happy for them to be going to Asia as a pre season and would prefer them to go elsewhere as i think it will prepare them better for the coming season .
