I disagree on this one.

Normally each match has it's own thread.

Can anyone clarify this for me?

top 3 - automatically go to group stage

4th place - one round of qualifying that is now called a playoff in order to get into group stage.

The "Playoff round for non champions" consists of 4th place teams from England, Spain, and Italy. Third place teams from Germany and France. PLUS 5 winners of the previous non champions round which will be (2nd place Romania, Portugal, Holland, Scotland, Turkey, Ukraine, Belgium, Greece, and Czech Republic plus the 3rd place Russia team)

I am not sure if there is seeding in the final round, where the teams from the big countries that only have to play 1 round are matched up against the previous round winners OR if they are all put in the same pot. I think I have heard that it isn't seeded.

Yeh it is evident that you have favouritism to recover your own threads :D but I don't think there's favouritism towards Europian Kings.

A bit rude to ask his thread locked.  :;):

In Real Madrid they're moaning about us being able to prepare the game for a week and them having only 72h to prepare it.

They do believe they can come back in Anfield, but it's the way they think always.

I'm gonna go for a free scoring game for this one. Real Madrid will have to open up to try to get the away goal back from us and I think they will within 10 minutes. Then it'll be both teams going for the winner but I think Reina and Carra will prove to be too strong. I can the see us hitting them on the break and scoring 4.  :;):

Liverpool 4 (Torres 2, Reira, Benny)

R.Madrid 1 (Raul)

Rather than try to predict the team or study pages of stats, may I simply suggest every supporter goes to church and prays for at least an hour before the game?

Its by far our best chance of going through to the next round.

Before the Chelsea game a few years back , I went to Church for half an hour before the game ! And yes we won! Mr Agger with his sweet left foot! So go to whatever Church you believe in ! it works in footballing scenarios only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I read in Marca that Pepe Guardiola believes liverpool are assured we will win!! ( mind games!). I also have a bad feeling about this one. But Benitez did seem to have the upper hand on Ramos in the previous leg.:blues:
