Only professional to - play in goal (41 appearances), Defence, Midfield, Striker, and later be Director and then to be Manager (winning a Championship) - at one club

Nerves are kicking in now, must admit Im worried about Ramos V Carra

And we have to keep Robben out of the game at all costs.

This shower will come out all guns blazing Im worried about Hyypia V Robben its cost us in the past.

not sure about this game, i would like to say that we will win as the CL is what Rafa is but i am just not sure about our team right now, i feel all the Rafa and contract stuff and owners :censored: has got to the team.

With SG due in court in a few days i am not sure his mind is in the right place right now.
Carra has been good but only in fits and starts.
We have no real strikers that are in form for this game.

and to that that our keeper seem to have lost his mind in the last few games and it all adds up to a very stressfull night.

but we will win the tie.

i'm thinking that the chance of beating real madrid at anfield to go through to the quarters of the champions league should keep him reasonably focussed. i reckon we might even see him score a goal as well.

Well the fella who threw the bottle has had the charges dropped against him, so I am expecting the same will happen to Gerrard.

I hope we don't get to confident on here goin into this one, Madrid are a good team and we shouldn't think that this is a far gone conclusion

Yeah I must say I'm pretty confident myself. Obviously it's a blow that neither Gerrard nor Torres comes into the game 100% in all probability, but Benayouns goal and keeping a clean sheet in the away leg was huge. Nobody parks the bus better than us, and I fancy us to nick a goal in the first half and put it to bed without too much bother.

Yeah why not, he's been playing well lately. Or maybe Eggnog will actually prove he's a striker, he is still no where near convincing me yet.

It's sounds weird but with the way we play I was more confident going out there and trying to get a positive result than I am about tonight. I still expect us to go through tonight but you just don't know how we're going to approach the game. Juventus in 2005 was a one off when we absolutely blitzed them in the opening 25 minutes.
