So there is no point in people posting there opinions if they only see the games on T.V

A ridiculous comment

His .29 goals a game is not what we would like but I believe it will get better. Shearer's record was a goal every 1.97 games. We need it to be closer to that. He is new and although some people don't buy into the " he needs time to gel and settle down - new country etc" - I do. I think it makes a big difference to the player if he has to move countries - new culture, new language new suroundings etc. Bellamy and Crouch don't have this problem. Also the illness to his father might have disrupted his settling in.

Good point Rafa but Rafa has rotated all his new summer buys, Gonzo, Aurelio, Bellamy even Agger and Pennant. But he hasnt rotated Kuyt as much. And I think it would be good now and then to give Bellamy and Crouch a run of games together, its clear Rafa likes the work ethic but surely goals are what matter and at the moment I think Bellamy and Crouch have the goals in them, aswell as the workrate.

i agree id like to see bellamy and crouch, same as id like to see kuyt and fowler maybe... different styles for different opponents, with all players remaining fresh and hungry, thats the goal right?

I think its a bit unfair to call kuyt just a workhorse, its like calling crouch, just tall. both players have a lot more to the game

I spoke to lads about it at the match, some prefer Bellamy, some prefer Crouch, some prefer Kuyt. Everyone has a favourite. Most of Anfield appreciate a tryer, and Kuyt does that and then some.

I think all Liverpol fans appreciate a tryer not just the Anfield faithful, I appreciate the effort he puts for instance he pi$$e$ all over Cisse. But its also nice to see end product aswell.

Carragher is a tryer, Momo is a tryer and Kuyt is a tryer,, but out of those three who would you say is the least effective in their respective positions ?

Kuyt is not ineffective, he does a lot against the defence to give others more space. and he is like an extra midfielder when he is running after the ball

Agreed, but thats what I'm getting at. I'm not saying he's ineffective, but I think he should apply himself more in the 18 yard box instead of helping the midfield out 70% of the time.

Tough question which I really don't want to answer.

Sissoko and Carra would are among my untouchables - I would rotate Kuyt.
