When you have 4 guys for this possition and you have a poll about this one OR that one, it is not a poll. (or a stupid poll).
For all other possitions there are more or less 2 options.
Now it is a discussion like in already 10 other topics.

edit; OK I'm sorry mate, I just noticed you are the topic starter  :rasp

Bamaga man wrote:Hmmm sounds familiar, is that your own idea about the 'you should get to more games' or someone elses ?
The ultimate put down isnt it, when you consider yourself loosing an arguement. I've been to Anfield recently nah nah, f.ucking pathetic, grow up.   :sleep

Why do you always manage to turn your petty squables around into an "English/spelling" debate. Is it because your limited with football or what ?

No, it was in response to your patronising comment regarding my opinion on Kuyt. I am not out of touch in my opinion on him, far from it.

Remind me the next time I want to express the undying love I have for my club Bamaga, I'll hop on plane to the opposite side of the globe.

Thank you, mate.

Steve Mcmahon's thoughts count in my view since he actually played for the club. I don't value your opinion, but that has nothing to do with your location.

I find it very hypocritical to question in a condescending manner whether I 'watched us last season', given that the person posing the question is sitting 15000 kilometres away.

no, you just prefer to cause arguments, and i also doubt that you go to the game. maybe next home game you can meet up with a forumer and prove us all wrong, considering you have already told us you live down south so its not easy for you to get there every week, especially for midweek games.

and for you to say these words "i find it hypocritical to question in a condescending manner" the biggest "pot, Kettle, black" scandal in the history of this forum.

I don't prefer to cause arguments, I give my opinions.

On the contrary you appear to be on a mission to stoke up an argument with me, it's not going to happen.

I go to many more games than most on this forum probably go to, not every single match - usually around 15 or 20 a season depending on work and such like.

I couldn't care less if you doubt me, it means nothing as I don't value your input.

Again, your pot/kettle/black suggestion means nothing. You're the one persistently trying to take it down to a lower level - not me.

if you don't value my input then why do you feel the need to respond? (i know you will now have to respond to this) proving that my thoughts are important to you    :;):

now about me trying to take it down to another level, i am not the one belittling the people who live away, i am not the one saying they know f*ck all about football whilst at the same time trying to convince people that kuyt is anything more than a hard worker.

now if you go to the game more than anyone else on here, and people who don't go the game do not have any valid opinions about the club (in your opinion) then why bother to come on here?

I don't value your input. However, when I am being accused of x or y then it seems apt that I reply.

I am not belittling people who live far away from Liverpool, I was responding to a specific comment from Bamaga that I have already explained.

I have never accused anyone of knowing 'f*ck all' about football. That is a vacuous statement you have made up.

Similarly, I have never stated that those who do not attend games do not have valid opinions. I do however believe the capacity to understand more about the state of the club is greater for those who attend games.

so please tell me why you assume that BM knows nothing about football, is it because he has a different view to you on something or is it because he lives on the other side of the world, and why don't you value my input, i know my football but i am happy to listen to others opinions. i am sure in my 29 years as a regular watching and many years playing (at a decent level) i am knowledgeable, or is it just because you don't like me.

so basically if you don't like someone you assume they nothing about the game, and if they live elsewhere you assume they know nothing about the game.

I have never assumed Bamaga knows nothing about football.

He has an opinion and I have mine.

The comment about his location was in response to his accusation insinuating that I couldn't have seen us play last season given my strong support of Kuyt.
