That's what I love about Rafa, he ain't afraid to admit his mistakes and sell players he's brought in after only a short period of time. Could be argued we should have kept hold until January until we signed someone, but I think Rafa & the board thought the Neill saga was a formality and didn't bank on Blackburn turning it down.
