Kirkland is healthy and played in a match with the Reserve squads, hopefully Dudek will return to true form now that he has some competition.

Thats very promising news, if he can just stay fit long enough to get back in the first team and then show what he is capable of.

He seems to have a much bigger physical presence than Dudek and deserves some luck :)

Thats great, hope he doesn't get himself injured, AGAIN. Shouldn't Nunez be returning by the time we play West Brom?

I think he will probably miss that one mate, knee ligments will probably keep him out another couple of games after West Brom - but you never know he might suprise us.

Great news. I know Chris has had his critics but hopefully he will stay injury free and get a run in the side soon to give him all the more experience to make him Liverpool's number 1.

Wouldn't it bee a month by then since he was injured? I know he will miss that game, but is it possible for him to play the game following that one?

yeah seems like a month, best to play it safe though, would hate to see him get a career ending injury before we find out what he's made of

at least somebody's available to replace dudek if he's injured
at most hopefully kirkland still has much space for improvement to in turn getting better than dudek

Has anyone seen enough of Kirkland to say whether he is any good or not ?
I don't recall any more than 3 consecutive games at a competative level.???

He was keeping Magnus Hedman out at Coventry for a few seasons, and he was awesome there. The reason he has been injured so much is Joe Corrigan. Cr'ap trainer and well rid.

According to tv reports this morning, Coventry are trying to get him on loan for the rest of the season.

I cant see Rafa letting that happen with no real cover in goal, however Warnock spent the season there last year and was their player of the season.

big loss if letting him go, we would have "only" Patrik remaining.
