Judge, jury, and executioner

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

No news is bad news. And as such, any news is welcome to the press. If they can't find it, they fabricate it or bend the facts so that it's more exciting to read.

Best thing to do is stay clear. I just sometimes pick a paper up and flick through the sports section for news about us. Turns out today they are ranting about how Mourinho wants the Liverpool job and how Bayren were contacted from Liverpool about Klinsmann. Now, why the f*ck would Liverpool contact the football club directly without contacting the man they wanted first. DOH! F*cking spastics the lot of em. It was so important, that they had it in a tiny sub section at the side. Most be for fear of embarrassment to put it in big bold writing on the back.

F*ck em!

But ultimatley they will be the executioner of Rafa Benitez.

A bit harsh on the media, as they will always be there.

HIcks and Gillet probably dont even read the papers from the UK.

Rafa only has himself to blame, he picks the team.

The buck stops with him.

only finished 2nd once in prem league history.

My problem is not with the media but the idiots who buy into it all.

I hate NOTW and don't understand why LFC players appear to give them interviews and as for Rooney giving them rights to his thoughts/diary - despicable.

The pennant father thing wasn't because he is LFC, unfortunately enough people buy these rags and the newspapers job is to give the people what they want. A footballers life is better than ours in nearly every way so the thought that our dad is better than his dad will cheer up many losers.
