Is that the word on the street Lynds? It would be a break from the past if we started to jettison players who don't make it.

Well put it this way rafa is not going to keep hold of players that cant cut it, not like houllier did which is a good sign you either got it or you dont.
Cant blame rafa for josemi or nunez really, he wanted Juan Fran for Owen, and I suppose he just seen Josemi as a cheap solution not really knowing how hard the prem would be.
josemi started off ok but hes not going to win us tropheys neither is nunez, so they will go to La Coruna or something.

Well, I just can't recall you have anything positive to say about our player. I don't know what to call that other than using the word "negative". So, please enlighten me on how I should put it.... Also, I think I might not misunderstood you as much if you can state the reason for some of your comment as Luke had suggested. So, please think before calling names on some of our players. Don't you agree?

Im a normal LFC supporter and thats it.

Why aint I entitled to say that Josemi is relatively lazier then other players when many also commented on Kewell's laziness. When Kewell havent been playing for some unknown problem and start 'boycotting' games like many people suggested, people start calling him a 'lazy' player whose simply draining £60,000 a week. Ok, I agree that's bit too much but don't you think Josemi has got a rather similar situation? He has been out for a several months already with a problem similar to that of Kewell (some muscle and groin problem, thats what I heard). And he seem to be called 'lazy' less often then Kewell, if not never.

Take it easy mate. There are big difference between Josemi and Kewell. We all knew how good Kewell were. He was consider one of the best left midfielder when he was with Leeds. But contrary to that, he hasn't shown any flashes of brilliance here. In addition, we can all see he is not giving it 100%. As for Josemi, he simply is a squad player that gave his all on the pitch. He may not be good enough but he gave his heart out whenever he played. YOu can ask any LFC fans here and most of them would agree to that. Josemi was also very professional about it and had said nothing. He simply waited for his turn but for Kewell, it was his place to lose but he walked away from it. Anyway, enough argument for the day and let's hope we win tomorrow night. :;):

Actually, thinking about it, what makes a lot of people suggests Kewell's reluctance to give it all during a game?

I know he does complain about his groin strains a lot but thats life, if he feels he could not feature, then I think we have to give the benefit of the doubt.

Yep Josemi looks like he could be a dud despite making a good start.  To call him lazy is ridiculous though, he looks to me like he gives 100% when he plays

Oh my bad, I was suppose to make a comparison between Josemi's and Kewell's 'laziness'. And why does so many people critizise Kewell's commitment but yet not Josemi? Does the way Kewell play on the pitch show he lacks commitment?

People criticise Kewell's commitment because apart from a decent first half of his first season with us he has done fu(k all.  But we all saw how good a player he could be for Leeds and therefore we know he is massively underperforming for us.

In Josemi's case we can understand that it is only his first season in england and therefore the same rules don't apply to him as they do Kewell.  For all I know he was cr@p even before he signed for us coz I'd never heard of him!
