I know this hasn't been anything solid in the press yet, but it has been reported that martin jol is after signing cissie

imo ledley king would be my pick for a player swap as he has shown he is a ball playing centre back, and would be a good replacement for sami ,but dawson has a lot of potential

lennon could slove our right side as a better player than pennant

but there are you defo lovers out there, can't see him as better than anything we already have imo

I'd go for Lennon meself. King is a very good defender but I don't think he'd be happy playing second fiddle to Agger who is just as good IMO.
Lennon on the other hand has shown his quality down the right hand side and is better than Pennant by a country mile.
Defoe is a good forward but I just don't think his mentality is right for what Rafa and LFC need or want. He comes across as a very selfish player (not really in a bad way) but I think Rafa wants TEAM players, hence him getting rid of Cisse & Baros.

Would have to be Lennon for me as he's the only one that would improve the team rather than bolster the squad

it would be lennon for me to.. but jol wouldn't let him go. lennons just signed a new contract too, so i think any deal for him is out of the question atm

None of these players would be available to us. Cisse is going to Marseille me thinks but if Tottenham were to bid, they would only bid cash as they have it in abundance and they would not let any of the above players go. I know its a slow day like

Without doubt it would be Lennon, but unless we offered stupid money like united did with Carrick then Spurs wouldnt sell.
He would improve our team massivley though.

There is no chance of a lennon and cissie,

lennon has just signed a new deal keepin him there untill 2009,

the most realistic swap woud be defoe

personaly id have cisse back, he still scored an awfull lot of goals per min last year

I think Lennon would be a good swap, hes already establishing himself in the england set up, so imagine what he could be like in a few years to come!
