The sooner this lad takes his mid life crisis and does one the better.

James Pearce is so far up Rodgers backside its embarrassing, he has to be accepting back handers or something, hes even worse than Chris Bascombe. Tony Barret was a brilliant LFC reporter for the Echo and still does good work with The Times, but i barely even pay attention to the other two.

I feel extremely sorry for B-Rod. It must be hard for him to dump his wife for a much younger woman while earning a 20 mill/year salary. I would probably also get shiny teeth in memory of these terrible trials.

I like "...I split up with the woman I loved for 23 years..."

Our Brendan has some stamina, I'll give him that! Even Sting couldn't do that.

Strange the correlation between 4 traumatic years and the best paying years of his life, anyone might think he's adequately compensated at 6.5 million a year to put up with the baggage that comes with the job. He describes another coach who was a humble man, that is not the path Rodgers has chosen.

Sting could, that's why his scrotum now resembles and old leather pouffe.

Didn't realise that was his scrotum. I thought that was the long suffering Trudi

One of the many reasons why I loved Rafa as our Gafa was the love he has and shows for his family. The way his wife was supportive to her husband.
The FACT, that a new watch was purchased for his wife at the time of success. A very humble family man.

Can't trust a man who is prepared to walk out on 'their' own...

maybe judge him on his managerial traits rather than give a fuk about what he does at home which to be quite frank has fuk all to do with any of us.

So far he's played 1 and won 1...   keep it up BR.

I couldn't agree more and if you check other threads, including this one I've decided to keep all negative thoughts about him here exclusively to this thread.

But you're right. 1 game 1 win, keep it up LFC (which includes the manager)

Aren't we talking about an interview he gave? Not our business? Can we at least offer our condolences for the loss of his parents in the last four years? Or is that nowt to do with us either?

Maybe if his managerial style was as purportedly as noisy as his private life that might help ,and when he's bandying our clubs name about or the qualities of our fans in the many interviews he does with such gushing platitudes ,he might try and fucking mirror them himself.....Just a thought mind.

Isn't BR's new bird someone he met at work? So it doesn't just go on at home, as Leeroy claims. Couple that with the interview where BR talks of this, along with a sob story about his parents and I'd say fans had every fookin' right to comment. Guess what? We all go through sh*t in life. But not all of us are comforted with a massive paycheck, nor do we go public, telling the world all about it. I don't care about Rodgers love life. I care about what kind of man is leading our beloved club. This guy states losing the "woman I loved for 23 years" is part of his traumatic 4 years. He dumped her! Now she wants half of everything and suddenly it's traumatic. He will take us nowhere.
A manager needs to have the fans behind him. To do that, he must display equal characteristics to the fans. Liverpool fans are loyal (to the club, and those who love the club). Brendan Rodgers ain't.
