The aim of this poll is to get the real picture, from the fans, on the state of affairs at our beloved club. Do you think it is time that the management was changed, and why do you think it?
If the change should happen, when?

Waiting to the summer would delay progression. A change now would allow a new manager to start assessing the current squad and begin to look for available players.

Next summer if there isn't a major improvement and serious title challenge next season.

it has to be the summer cos oneill wont come yet whilst he has a chance to become a legend at celtic. unless we go for second best again. Id take Allardyce after oneill much better than strachan.

You mean MON is not yet a legend at Celtic?  They just knocked Barca out of the Uefa.

Why wait to get rid of GH? Give somebody a chance of rescuing this season cos we ain't gonna finish 4th under GH. The problem is, as already mentioned, who would come now?

I'm not sure O'Neill would come at all, never mind now. In the meantime I would take Allardyce if the opportunity arose.

I wouldn't change until the summer. We need to try and get the 4th place and i think changing manager now would not help us acheive that.

I think Curbishley would be great for us. What he's done at charlton is outstanding. He's done all this without the money GH has thrown away. We could make a team out of all the Flops he's bought.

What do you think about Curbishley

He should go NOW and let Thompson run it till the end of the season. Can't see him doing any worse than Houllier.

GH for the past two years has been a disaster and runs LFC to satisfy his huge ego. The players don't play for him and he has spent £120m on a team which relies utterly on two players whom he didn't buy........Gerrard and Owen.

People here ridicule Celtic for playing in a mickey mouse league. But O'Neil has spent £20m in four years building a side which is good enough to knock us out of the UEFA Cup, and good enough to go further than us again this year. They are a better team than us which says a lot for both managers' ability to motivate and buy well.......ie O'Neil is a great motivator and has bought shrewdly.

Houllier by contrast can't get the best out of his players and has bought badly.

How much longer will this idiot be in charge?

Get off our board you French idiot.

I understand that in response to recent terror incidents, French authorities have raised the terror alert from RUN to HIDE. There are only two higher alert levels in France........SURRENDER and COLLABORATION.
