I thought it was only Carragher going into the match with a yellow.

I thought the same thing too, until i read in the uefa website, its not working at the moment though so i can post the link.

maybe they made a mistake?

It does say in the match report that he's suspended for the next game but in the stats for him this season it says he's only picked up 1 yellow card HERE.

Don't know if this includes tonight's game or not, anyway didn't it go up to to three yellows for a suspension or is that just international tournaments? ???

I was saying that was a easy game.

I didnt miss any point I know quite well what you where saying, its almost as if you want us to get beat by Reading to prove a point against Rafa.

You are not alone BTW there will be others throwing their motty in, just be feckin happy for once for gods sake.

Tom Hicks & George Gillett are tw@ts and we cannot win the prem with this team anyway, as soon as you and your cronies realise this the better.

When we have two wingers worth 40 million combined another striker worth 20 odd million, and a decent left and right back worth 30 million combined forget it.

Well done Redmen & Rafa.

no for once you did get me wrong.

I will save my (Rafa is not good in the prem) till another night.
but tonight i was saying that we made it look easy and that playing Reading (or any other team) would be harder.

for once i did not take a pop at Rafa......If i was i would say so and you know that.

it was a great game tonight, i was always sure we was going to win, we looked so strong, a bit sloppy at times but still :censored: hot.

well done lads.

Just seen Mancini confirm he wants to resign at the end of the season on BBC World.

He's being linked with Chelsea.

Leaves the door open for Maureen. I hope they can afford the cnut.

Is it me , or was mancini auditioning to take over from Gareth hunt in the nescafe advert. Every time we topuched one of their players he was shaking them coffee beans. :D
From Shankly to Brendan we follow our team, Rome to Istanbul we've all lived the dream. Our journey is long, our goal stays the same, to keep for our children the famous red name.

Inter coach Roberto Mancini has just confirmed that he will be stepping down as the coach of the club at the end of the season.
Quote
"I want to reveal something," he began, speaking after the 1-0 defeat to Liverpool. "I want to say it clearly to avoid any controversy.

"At the end of the season I will terminate my contract [which has four more years on it], and I will leave Inter.

"These will be my last two months on the Inter bench, and I hope to finish well by winning the Scudetto and the Coppa Italia.(not the CL hehehehe)

"The decision has already been communicated to the players in the dressing room at the end of the match."

He insisted, however, that the step has nothing to do with the defeat to Liverpool, and that his mind had already been made up.(after the defeat at Anfield)

"This decision would have been made even if we had won. It doesn't depend on tonight's defeat," he concluded.

There have been calls for Mancini's head from certain quarters, but the timing of the announcement will have caught even the harshest of his critics by surprise.
