I'd try and sign David Dein from Arsenal and tell him to clear out the boardroom and develop a professional business structure that can manage, develop and deliver a winning team.

I think Morgan is just around the corner. I am certain that he is currently in negotiations. Otherwise, you would have had some critical comments from him in the press, over the £22m Operating Loss.
Salvation is hopefully in hand.
