While it might be harder to win the FA cup because of its one and doneness, I think you need to be a more legit team to win the Europa League.  The Fa cup final was pompey vs. cardiff a couple years ago.

There might be a few elite teams in the FA cup, but its not like you play those teams every round. There are a lot of really small clubs in the early rounds, in the Europa league you will face a very decent side in every round, and potentially some very very good sides in the later rounds, and you have to prove you are better over 2 legs

Agree with mr. farley.  :nod

definitely the fa cup because i haven't been to the new wembley yet.

although i want to win the europa league i really can't be ar$ed with the pointless super cup which we'd have to take part in next season for winning it.

It's come to this, debating which trophy (at best) THIRD in our priorities we want to win more. Should have thrown in "finishing 4th in the league" as the third alternative

i didnt wanna put that in because its common knowledge all of us wanna finish 4th for sure, and its also probable that we have higher chances finishing 4th than winning a cup.

FA CUP all the way as it -

a) Might just incentivise Stevie G into staying on beyond the end of the season in the hope of us coming good in the EPL next year and
b) if he does decide enough is enough and move on then it's a fitting goodbye.

True we would have to take part in it, but atleast it counts as pre-season warm up, and it's a trophy for winning.
