One off the finest young promising defenders in the no other than Djime Traore.  Dont start slating me for this but honeslty I think next season he could really be the dogs ******.  The only thing hes a bit dodgy at is passing.  But thats all down to the pressure what has been put on the hole team.  Theres one thing I love about Djime is his challengers.  He sgot to be one off the best in the premier league at tackling.  If i was to come manager off liverpool Id just let him pass the ball all day every day in training.  Nothing else just passing day in day out.  An he would be come the finest centre back since Sammi.

If Traore has a future at Liverpool FC then that is a sad sign of how mediocre we have become and how badly our standards have fallen.
If there are any takers for him then take the money.

Traore is a decent player. He's a good tackler, quick, good at recovering and winning headers and is quite strong.

He is a as i say a decent player and one i would keep for now as backup. He didn't suit the old style of sitting deep and defending on the edge of his own box. He lacks the positional sense, anticipation and decision making ability to play in that system.

He would however be of more use to us now in a high defensive line. I think he could become a good premiership player if he played every week in our side, i'd rather he played this season than Igor if i'm honest, however i don't think he'll ever be top class I.E. Sami's standard. So i believe he isn't the answer.

Backup yes, first team... definately not.

Hey stu you dont like speculating cuz you need to know what you are talkin about which with your head so far up houlliers ****** you cannot see what is going on.
You constantly go on about how people on here dont know what they are saying by criticizing houllier and his many poor decisions.
It is obvious he can do no wrong in your big doe eyes but by supporting him the fans would only be delaying the inevitable and the sooner he is out the sooner we can start to look forward with renewed hope.
You lost the ounce of respect I had for you when you tried to smear the captain and the heart and soul of our club.
I am sure Gerrards lawyer would be happy to take on a cop who stated that Gerrard goes around chasing schoolgirls.

I actually agree with Stu on this one, Traore's not as bad as a lot of people make out. He's got pace and his tackling is often precision when needed most, particularly when challenging a pacey striker in full stride (certainly better than Biscan on tackling ability). Can't see him ever being a regular 1st -teamer but definitely an asset to the squad. I said it a month or two ago, but is it really worth getting rid of him for what little we'd get for him? Keep the lad, he'll come in useful

Pffft don't flatter yerself kiddo. Houllier can do wrong and has made mistakes, if you had an ounce of common sense and intelligence you'd see i clearly acknowledge that more times than not. I'm not blind, i'm loyal. I'm also objective. Which means i look at both the positive and negative... IE THE BIG PICTURE, THE FULL STORY, whatever cliche you wanna throw in there.

As for Gerrard, i've witnessed it myself kid, he was sitting on the backseat of a convertable last summer with two lads in the front in crosby, while i was walking to the shop with my mates, he was stopped at traffic lights and we walked past, him an these two scally ****** in the front where shoutin at some schoolgirls, the girls were askin for there numbers, the lads told them to come over, the lights changed and they done a wheel spin away an where all laughin!!!
