If reports are right,houllier is to become the new coach of france.oh dear,for the first time in my life i feel sorry for the old froggies.

What ever G Houllier decides to do, I wish him all the best in what ever path he decides to go down. An if he was to get france job I think he would do a good job.

Lets not forget the good times he gave us lads.

At least that means we wouldn't have to worry about France at the next world cup cause they wouldn't be there!!

I can see Cheyrou, Traore the Bambi etc to play for them if Houllier got the job!!!

Hasn't anyone picked up on the fact that international and club maanagement are different types of job ?

Houlier had to choose from his own signings but at international level he has the pick of players performing well for their clubs or is that far too simplistic ?

The EURO 2004 competition has proved that the so caled "BIG" clubs are being matched and often surpassed by so called weaker nations. With the exception of Switzerland the other teams England played were technically better and more skilful thats kept the ball better.

I suppsoe your ideas of how Houlier wil do at France wil largely depend on your thougths on him as a club manager so in here ta leats i suppose most wil either WILL him or WNAT him to fail

As for me I wish him well, a decent man and one of the good guys :;):

So I suppose if I'm English the term froggies is an accepatble term... If i'm not the standard of decency prevails ..ay that would make sense.. well hate to break the norm..... but insulting the frog population, by labbeling a bunch of has been footballers "froggies" was too below the belt :laugh:
