I didn't say we were not marketed in those areas just not enough as we should be. Not as much as Utd but you could argue they get it easier as they are winning things. And for your information I have lived in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

No I didn't travel forward in time to read your post before posting mine, sorry about that.

I'd still rather trust the view of someone who currently lives in Asia too someone who has briefly visited it.

the only way they are marketed more than us in asia is with their pathetic shops, but like i say nobody shops there and people buy copies. LFC do a lot with training camps etc, as do a lot of ex players, the majority of stuff is probably not reported in the UK as its not relevant there. but the fact is the mancs have always been aware and marketed better than us, even when they were very much second class citizens. his goes back to the peter robinson era, actually I read a report once on why we didn't market ourselves but i don't remember where I read it

Yeah I read something similar, it was about how even in the 70s we didnt take enough advantage and market outselves enough. Anyway things can change now.

THIS IS A GREAT BIT OF NEWS FOR THE CLUB, rafa will have to deliver in rthe market in the summer but he has been given the rope he has asked for,

i was too excited to read the thread so hope this hasn't been posted before, i was gutted in madrid when the gossip about rafa gone and king kenny in, he should just stay a a legend from the past

think i would have fit for jumpin of a bridge if that had happened,. i had some great chat with some lads on rawk in spain and i held open court as who in there right mind would have jose or mon or even curbishly( nearly died when a lad said that)........in stead of rafa

PARRY GONE FOLLOWED BY THOSE 2 TW@TS LFC GOING FOWARDS IMHO

Fairlplay to him for standing up to the yank :censored:..ts (along with Moores) when they tried to stick the entire debt onto the club last season but aside from that he really should have walked a long time ago. I'm guessing Gillette had a lot to do with him staying.

Erm
I dont know if this has been said in previous posts
But Parry and Moores were the ones who brought the yanks in
