Great pics Cigs, many thanks mate. I was 2 years old back in 65 but my father went to the gaem, drove down from Liverpool in a new Ford Zepher.
One of the lads went back to teh car before kick off and found it at the garage where they left it up on the ramp with the engine being lifted out! They left the game, ´sorted out´ the car then got back in for the second half!
My brother was born 2 days later on 3rd May, dad just made it back in time as they were unfit to drive after the game....
I REALLY HAVE JUST SEEN MY DAD AS A 12 YEAR OLD ON ONE OF THE ST GEORGES HALL PICS,, CHILDHOOD PICS OF HIM NOW NUMBER 3 (SAD I KNOW BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CAMERA)
