Have to say I burst out laughing when I saw they'd run with it.

Absolutely clueless.

Those two clowns couldn't lie straight in bed. I wouldn't trust our two classless owners as far as I could throw Leon. Maybe they should make Rafa wear a jesters hat at the games from now on, its probably the only way to make him feel even more humiliated.

The Liverpool way? FFS even Abramovich looks like class compared to these two.

Rafa has a big decision to make.  Jol stayed at spurs even though he knew the club had went behind his back and he couldnt get the team going.  Rafa now knows and the fact its on the offical club website is a complete slap in the face to the Manager. I dont blame him if he doesnt want to walk away from a contract but I really dont see how he can recover from this.  This has to effect the players (If it already hasnt). The players may try and publically say all they care about is playing on the pitch but they read the press, watch the news etc and it must effect the relationship between them and the Manager.

i dont think that it will help, the thing is 'we love rafa' is great if we was at the top of the table and looked like a good team, right now we look like a team trying to stay in the top 7.

very true but what else can we do. I was thinking of just chanting his name for a while then a great redition of YNWA - usual stuff.

i dunno

All the bullsh.it aside- even if Rafa was to go- why are they looking to replace him with a guy who's never coached a club team before, maybe they were going to let him work from the US like the germans did- that way he could have regular meetings with Gillette and Hicks and let Parry take care of team matters over here!

Do they want Rafa to resign.  Maybe going public, putting it on the website etc and basically humiliating the Manager is a way to make him quit.

I think the fans need to sing "OWNERS OUT!" at the next match.

As if the guy didn't have enough pressure on him, now the massed sports presses will be following him around until he gives them a quote.

I genuinely cannot believe how appalling our club is at handling the press. Fine, so Hicks and Gillett haven't had to deal with the UK tabs until recently, but it's not like the US press are stand-offish.

The sooner these pr.icks leave the better, all they've done is bring uncertainty to the club and were no better off finacially that when David Moore had ownership :(

Thing is if DIC come in then Rafa will deffo be a goner ???

oh well if he doesnt get a result in first season, then they can just sack him and bring Rudd Guillt or David Beckham as manager.

Whats next , a exclusive with the The S** to explain their decision

Lets face it, they want him out!  They are making things so uncomfortable for Rafa, trying to get him to walk, but as we all know he is one stubborn git, and I think he is just waiting to be sacked.  He is not stupid, he knows its all over.

There is absolutly no point in another march of support, because all they are interested in is $.  The only way to hurt them is not to go to the match.  Imagine the team running out to NO fans, apart from the away support.  There would never have been a statement in world football like that before and if we where all standing outside the ground telling the yanks to F UC K right off, they may get the message!
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

Good call- let's get Beckham in at least he knows how to milk the market on a global scale, and doesn't know enough English to speak out against the owners!!

I thought it was strange for Sami to say what he did about us becoming like Newcastle, now I know why he said it.
