Hicks we had klinnsmann lined up for the job

True.
The Yanks are making the club look like a :censored: shambles !
Maybe it is time for the likes of Rick Parry to come out and say something or maybe it is not.
For all we know maybe it was his idea to appoint our German friend - after all it was his decision to appoint the famous partnership of Evans and Houllier. We looked like idiots then and it is going the same way now. The problem is that we seem to have no influence on those in control.

Tom Hicks wrote:He told the ECHO: "We attempted to negotiate an option, as an insurance policy, to have him become manager if Rafa left for Real Madrid or other clubs that were rumoured in the UK press.

Do these idiots think we are fuc.king stupid ?

We have heard from Rafa so many times about how he doesnt want to leave, and we know as FACT that he has turned MAdrid down twice. We covered the story on the official site !!

Insulting our intelligance ?

With Rick Parry saying to sky news "recent results are unacceptable" the other day i am not sure how much Rafa can take.

I am not a great fan of him but there comes a time when you feel the owners of the club are just picking on him now to make him leave so they dont have to pay him off.

The thing is- can you really see Klinsmann negotiating to commit himslef to Liverpool IF Rafa left? Of course he wouldn't. You wouldn't make a commitment which could stop you working on the basis that the current person may stay- it's bullsh.it! Fpr him to some out and say this makes me think Hicks really thinks we're all stupid- we're mugs! We believed him when he said no debt would go against the club, we beleived him whenhe said Rafa would be supported in the transfer market, we believed him when he said he'd build us the best stadium in the world, and now he wants us to believe him that he hadn't offered Jurgen a job, but one if Rafa decided he didn't want it!! Yeah right!!

Whatever happens with Rafa, the Yanks must go and so must Parry!! It's ridiculous, they have no inclination of putting any money into our club, they just want to borrow it and make us pay for it so they can enjoy the fat profits when they eventually sell it! Yep- theey're not interested in the long term, they can't even be arsed getting on a plane or even speaking out when Rafa's under fire. In fact the first time Hicks has taken his fat cowboy boot out of his :censored: is to say he has had conversations to replace Rafa- it's a disgrace and he's the biggest joke of them all.

He must be laughing at the way Moores sold to him, he got a Ferrari and is making us pay for it until he decides to sell it for a big profit- even if the Ferrari's been overtaken by far better designed, faster cars in the meantime! But does he care!!

Whoa.....this is just too much.

I have been supporting the yanks (guess i was the only one in this forum) since they came here...but jesus christ...did tom hicks really say that  :no

I gave rafa stick for opening his mouth....but ..what the feck is wrong with Hicks ? How the feck can he say he klinsman was the insurance policy ? If what he said is true...the yanks can feck off....

This is all going haywire now..... We always do stuff behind closed doors.... What the feck is happening ?....

Guess this season is a write off for me...as i don't think the players (and rafa) can perform under these conditions (i wouldn't blame them too).....

Have to say...i gave rafa too much stick on sat..i take it all back now.....Sorry rafa....i didn't know that the yanks were so fecked up....

I am in the "yanks out" bandwagon now...

What a joke.

This now puts Rafa under a ridiculous amount of pressure  (like he isn't already) and will undoubtedly affect the players (look at Spurs under Jol at the start of this season).

Get rid of this pair of clowns.

you all know i am all for him going but this is not the way it should be done, they should not say anything and just get the job done, sack him now or give him the rest of the football year, but stop all this press :censored:.
i dont think the team can now take this kind of :censored:, and as it has gone too far the only thing is to sack him now. it might help the team to know where they are at.

Raffa if he is still here after the next couple of games it will be amazing.

Had a look at the press statements and if rafa does leave he has my total support for what it is worth. the club have treated him disgracefully. he is a proud man and this must be pushing him to his limits.

JM story not going away either what a kick in the gonads that is as well.
Why don't Parry H&G just bend Rafa over in the KOP on Tuesday night, pull his large pants down and spank him until he cries like a girl. Then once they have done that

WE CAN ALL KICK THE :censored: OUT OF THEM ANDSTICK THERE HEADS ON POLLS FOR THE CORNER FLAGS

This is too much....I really didn't think hicks was so shallow. He had an ok reputation back in states....i can't believe he said that (if he really did utter that).

No class whatsoever.....

Can't imagine what rafa is going through.....

This club treated all its managers well even though a few of them were really cr@p.... but the way rafa has been treated.....  :no

Have no sympathy for the owners...

If only i had 2 billion pounds....i will use 1 billion to buy over this club...furnish the new stadium and give the remaining to the manager to spend...
